About Me & Ponder This Consulting

As a former Senior Account Executive for one of the largest specialized staffing firms in the US & Canada, I experienced firsthand how leadership shapes culture both internally and externally. The same job today can feel completely different tomorrow depending on the leaders you have in place. I also learned that all leaders struggle with the same thing, lack of time. The quickest way to buy your time back as a leader is to empower additional leaders but that often takes time and resources companies don't have.

That's why I founded Ponder This Consulting, to help senior leaders set the foundation for success through their first-time leaders. Together, we establish foundational knowledge, operations, and a hiring process necessary for first-time leaders to feel confident and launch into continual growth. I am a firm believer that employees are the living representation of a brand which is why I'm so passionate about leadership. Great leaders make great companies.
