I launched Ponder This Consulting with a passion for helping businesses strengthen the people side of growth.
My work originally focused on leadership development, especially helping middle managers get the support, tools, and guidance they need to become successful leaders. I was also deeply interested in helping business owners identify operational leaks that quietly create friction, burnout, communication breakdowns, and growth challenges inside organizations.
But while building my own consulting business, I uncovered something unexpected. I discovered the power of video content.
Not just as a marketing tool, but as a way to build credibility, trust, connection, and genuine interest in working together.
As I grew my own presence online, I started meeting more and more consultants, founders, and business owners who had incredible expertise but struggled to show up on camera consistently. They had valuable things to say, but their voices were getting lost in a crowded digital world because creating content felt overwhelming, uncomfortable, or disconnected from who they really were.
At the same time, I realized I genuinely loved the process. I loved pulling insight out of conversations. I loved helping people communicate what makes them different. I loved watching business owners become more confident in sharing their expertise publicly.
That eventually led me to evolve Ponder This Consulting into a business focused on helping amplify more qualified voices online. Especially in a world increasingly filled with noise, surface-level content, and AI-generated expertise.
Today, I help founders, consultants, and subject matter experts create strategic video content that builds trust and supports real business growth without requiring them to become influencers or full-time content creators.
And while the work has evolved, the mission really hasn’t. I still care deeply about leadership development and helping businesses grow healthier, stronger teams.
Now, I simply get to support that mission differently by helping connect more leadership consultants, experts, and thoughtful operators with the audiences and opportunities that need them most.My approach leverages my own experience marketing and selling consulting services without an existing book of business to lean on, as well as all the tools and knowledge I’ve developed from expert marketers and coaches I’ve invested in.
When I’m not working you’ll find me exploring a new city or country, discovering a new vineyard or restaurant, learning a new language, or doing something active to decompress.
